On June 4, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation was signed between the Bila Tserkva Urban Territorial Community and the Initiator of the creation of the Terezine Industrial Park

The purpose of the Memorandum is:

to use all available opportunities and resources of the parties to establish effective communication and cooperation for the development of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the community population;
to create appropriate conditions for attracting investments and increasing the number of implemented investment projects on the territory of the industrial park, including through the construction of industrial facilities;
to increase employment, improve the quality of life and well-being of residents of the territorial community, creating new jobs;
to increase tax revenues to the local budget.

Therefore, the parties will consolidate efforts to develop engineering and transport infrastructure and improve the territories near the Terezine industrial park.
